This week Lyndal Box, Dr Dianne Ashworth and Gillian (Di’s assistance dog) delivered our first Digital Accessibility Workshop for 2022.
It was on site at Geelong Gallery in a Covid safe environment.
We love to run these workshops. It keeps us on our toes when we have a terrific bunch of people like this who ask great (and sometimes tricky) questions because they really want to improve the digital accessibility experience for their users.
We covered amazing topics. Our absolute favourite was “how to describe art using alt text for people who can’t see the art”.
And things got even better when we received our first Google Business Review from one of the attendees. Thanks Molly Herd. You made our day. In fact, you all did.
